Mid-America Regional Chili Cook-Off!

Cook-off categories include Traditional Red Chili, Homestyle

(Any meat allowed, beans are required), Non-Profit, Verde, and Salsa.

Cash and prizes are awarded to the winners of each category!

First place winners of the ICS Division will be invited to participate in the

WORLD'S CHAMPIONSHIP CHILI COOKOFF

sanctioned by the International Chili Society!

Non-Profit Organizations can compete for a first place prize of $500!
