For Saturday's festivities, we're continuing the popular 

Mid-America Regional Chili Cook-Off!

Cook-off categories include Traditional Red Chili, Homestyle

(Any meat allowed, beans are required), and Salsa.

Cash and prizes are awarded to the winners of each category!

​

First place winners of the ICS Division will be invited to participate in the

WORLD'S CHAMPIONSHIP CHILI COOKOFF

sanctioned by the International Chili Society!

​

A limited number of taster kits will be sold on the day of the cookoff for $8 each, or 2 for $15.
